Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first!The Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales, and developing relationships with potential customers or leads to cultivate new business. Duties include answering inbound calls for parts, processing return orders, and managing sales reports. This career requires prior sales experience with knowledge of auto parts, and the ability to provide a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing auto parts
Imitate sales calls to existing customers
Answer inbound calls for parts
Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers or leads to cultivate and provide ongoing customer/technical service on accounts
Follow company guidelines for warranty claims
Use software tools and designated operations point of contact to follow up on orders if delayed and inform customers
Process return orders according to company guidelines and using appropriate software
Run and manage daily and monthly auto parts sales reports
Maintain customer information for billing purposes
Follow up on web inquiries
Potential to deal with larger export accounts
Other job duties as assigned
Required Skills / Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative problem solving skills, and the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions
Proven customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of auto parts and salvage yard preferred
2-3 year of sales experience preferred
Experience using an inventory management system preferred
Customer service experience
