- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflow and ensure smooth operations.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's footprint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Uphold a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service delivery at all touchpoints.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Develop and manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in the flooring or construction industry is highly desirable.
