- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and independence
- Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support their daily activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic patient care
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to promote independence and improve their overall quality of life
- Monitor and document patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in occupational therapy through continuous professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist is preferred
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
- Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop customized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about making a positive difference in patients' lives
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
