Area Export Manager - Central America

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Have sales and marketing background
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or marketing.
• Have the potential to further develop within the Heineken company
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.

• Develop and implement Operational Plans and get Action Plans executed.
• Achieve volume, EBIT objectives: ensure value growth.
• Define marketing & sales programs in the markets.
• Achieve Excellent Outlet Execution programs and tools at distributors.
• Oversees distribution companies in different countries and territories.
• Improve commercial performance through the implementation and management of excellence outlet execution programs, such as: Sources of Growth, Trade Census and Portfolio Management projects; monitors, evaluates and make adjustments to the implemented plans.
• Realise a well-positioned product, packaging and brand portfolio in the markets.
