- Answers all inquiries relating to spa treatments and reservations;
- Prepares treatment schedules for therapists;
- Coordinates with therapists & spa services for any changes in reservations;
- Handles guest concerns and reports such incidents to Spa Reception Supervisor;
- Up-sells treatments for higher revenues;
- Responsible for boutique sales and daily inventory;
- Prepares daily sales reports in the formats indicated;
- Assists in the training of new Spa Reception staff when necessary;
- Has thorough knowledge of treatments, timings and preparation times for all services offered.
