- Three or more years of technical support experience preferred
- Ability to work independently on project related tasks
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac Operating Systems and Applications, as well as mobile devices
- General knowledge of Network and WiFi and common information security practices
- Strong analytical skills for investigation and resolving IT issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a global team environment
- Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of applications and systems
- Project Management: Participate, propose and/or lead internal projects
- Proven ability to resolve user IT issues up to Tier 2 / 3 level
- Strong expertise in device, operating system, software and application troubleshooting and deployment
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Collaboration experience with remote teams such as Systems Operations, InfoSec and Networking
- Experience using MSP software: JAMF / Big Fix / Atera
- Configuration and management of Windows and MAC desktop environments including VMs, AD and DNS
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Fresh Service, Salesforce, Zendesk etc.) • Experience support Linux endpoints • Experience operating in a Global Team • Experience supporting Zoom and Google Applications
