Job Family: Strategy & Transformation ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 50%Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:As a Strategy & Business Transformation Senior Consultant, you will provide business transformation and program strategy support for an emergency management client. Our management consulting professionals help our clients identify, evaluate, and solve some of their most complex challenges, assisting them in achieving their strategic goals and objectives to fulfill their mission and comply with Federal laws and regulations. The candidate must be adaptable and able to navigate teams through complex organizational dynamics, while recognizing client needs and challenges as they arise. Individuals will engage in a diverse set of project-specific tasks covering a broad set of business transformation and strategic capabilities, including:Duties will include:Facilitate strategic leadership alignment workshops and planningDocument existing operating model and form new organizational design to improve capabilitiesDevelop recommendations for streamlining operating modelDevelop a unified program strategy leveraging best practices, new ideas, and lessons learned from previous operating model and organizational designPresent insights and recommendations for client prioritization and investmentDevelop and present recommended plans of action for client actionSupport implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term approved recommendationsSupport a team with consolidating and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support data-driven decision-makingCreate an inclusive and participatory atmosphere that encourages active engagement from all participants.
