Director - Education / Principal of Pearl

• Provide oversight of education services enhancing programming to ensure state of the art, quality services
• Sets annual goals that are realistic and attainable for the department.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate special topic education programs.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert to other departments regarding continuing education inquiries.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with developing state educational requirements.
• Assist with ensuring that required components of education programs meet the accreditation standards and correspond to the continuing education mission of Rehabilitation Centers LLC.
• Prepare budget proposals for the supplies and curricular materials required to develop and maintain education excellence across Millcreek Schools.
• Provide direction and leadership to the Principals at Millcreek Schools. .
• Promote customer relations with school districts to ensure maximum referral and support for Millcreek Schools.
• Develop competencies and provide training as indicated for the education staff to ensure the ability to utilize the technology provided when teaching students.
• Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in an age/cultural appropriate manner.
• Follows all safety policies and adheres to all workers’ compensation program guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
