Under the mentorship of the Director of Total Rewards and alongside our dedicated team, you'll contribute to developing, administering, and enhancing benefit programs that make a real difference in our employees' lives. This role is designed to offer you a comprehensive understanding of benefits management in a dynamic setting, preparing you for a future career in the field of Human Resources and Total Rewards.The Impact You'll Make
  • Support in Benefits Administration: Assist in the day-to-day operations of benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Research and Analysis: Participate in benefits market research and help analyze data to support decisions on benefits offerings that align with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Communications Support: Help create and distribute communications materials to educate employees about their benefits and any changes or updates.
  • Vendor Interaction: Support interactions with benefits vendors and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Compliance Assistance: Aid in ensuring all benefits programs are in compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in audits and reporting as needed.
  • Project Participation: Engage in special projects, such as wellness initiatives, benefits fairs, and open enrollment support, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.
Basic Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in the field of Human Resources and specifically in benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship experience in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to team success.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
