Currently looking for vibrant, eager, and focused on the result Spanish Speaking Sales Agents.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Spanish Speaking Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to prospective customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the Spanish-Speaking market to introduce our forex and trading services and generate sales leads.
- Educate potential clients about our Forex trading services, platform features, and market trends.
- Identify client needs and objectives and recommend suitable trading solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends, economic events and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant insights and updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and follow-up actions in the CRM system
- Guide clients through the account opening process, assisting with documentation and account setup as needed
- Based in Malta.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales in the FOREX business is a must for the position.
- Spanish is your mother tongue and English B2 is a must; another language is considered a plus.
- Available to work from 09:30 to 18:30 from our office located in Gzira from Monday to Friday.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
