● Moisture maps losses and establishing project scope
● Installs containment and safety mechanisms
● Establishes drying protocols
● Installs and monitors drying equipment/AFD's
● Captures loss data with Matterport/Docusketch and/or other 3d imaging equipment
● Provides emergency cleaning and sanitizing services
● Secures testing samples for iTel, Lead and Asbestos
● Conducts controlled demolition services
● Collects deductibles
● Provides preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and company equipment
● Manages, packs and moves client's contents / personal property
● Conducts Every Job Sales Activities
a. Secures client reviews and supporting positive online rankings

Asks for key market segment referralSupervisory responsibilitiesOverseeing temporary labor teams, Managing multiple temp: in-house tech teams on large losses, Overseeing site administrative/support staff, Overseeing Mitigation Tech I & Tech II staff as appropriateRequired education and experience
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Must have and maintain a valid driver's license reliable transportation
● Availability for afterhours / weekends when required
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
● Physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection
● Ability to work in high places and in tight spaces, as well as fire, smoke and/or water damage environments that have potential for mold & mildew
● Must be reliable, dependable, drug free and adhere to background checkPreferred education and experience
● Two or more years' experience in the insurance restoration Industry
● IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
● Current WRT, ASD, EPA Lead Renovator, AHERA Certification.
● Extensive knowledge of ANSI/IICRC Standards for Professional Water Damage Restoration.
● Knowledge of and/or work experience with property insurance policies/claims
