- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and design scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with industry best practices and standards.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.
- Define data models, system architectures, and integration strategies to support complex business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, products, and technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities and drive innovation.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on Salesforce development best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce solutions and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
