Lead Product Designer

• Lead holistically one of our products together with a product manager and engineering manager
• Help our self-serve customers to get the best out of Supermetrics
• Take responsibility for all design aspects alongside your team, design specifics, and collaborating closely with engineers from concept to release and beyond.
• Work in multi-stakeholder set up, collaborating with other functions such as customer experience, marketing or business
• Contribute new ideas and initiatives while applying pragmatic approaches to implement them

• Taking the lead in solving acquisition through conversion to nurture challenges within our self-serve products. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the solutions align with our overarching product vision.
• Being a driving force for innovative ideas that not only enhance our product but also empower our users and position us ahead of competitors. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key in shaping our product's evolution.

• 7+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within an in-house product team or through extensive client engagements as a consultant.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work.
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and ability to prioritize impact, knowing where to hit for maximum effect. Come up with features and improvements that move the needle and ship quickly and with high-quality
• Skills to quickly ideate and iterate different design solutions.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design, with a drive to consistently enhance products for improved, simplified, and more elegant outcomes.
• Ability to recognize when to conform to existing solutions and when to push boundaries for innovative work.
• Excellent understanding of modern research methods and knowledge of when to apply them to solve customer problems, including research, data, experiments, and A/B testing.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional product designs created and delivered in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in conducting rapid research and developing solid decision-making criteria.
• Ability to contribute to a shared vision and translate it into all product and platform touchpoints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience or a keen interest in designing SaaS tools.
• Interest or experience in data-driven business and/or marketing is a plus.
