You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely and successful project completion.Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Create and manage project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resources
Lead project kick-off meetings and provide clear project direction to the team
Allocate resources and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability
Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve project issues.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management roles.

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.

Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and managing project resources.

Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and information security practices.

Experience in stakeholder management and presenting project updates to executive leadership.
