Join our team as the new People Data Scientist in our People Data & Analytics department within the HR Department. Our mission is to cultivate a data-driven culture within HR and bolster the Business and People strategy with reliable data-driven insights.We collaborate closely across departments with HR Operations, our partners in Group HR, and managers throughout the global organization. The methods of data retrieval and display in HR are evolving in the coming years, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future landscape.Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Predicting the probability of outcomes: Utilizing your statistical and programming expertise alongside our data to forecast future outcomes.
- Decision Support Recommendation: Providing recommendations for the best course of action based on anticipated outcomes.
- Decision Support Automation: Developing automated decision logics to aid our HR community in making swift and accurate decisions on a daily basis.
- Staying updated on external research: Keeping abreast of external research within the HR domain to further enhance the decision-making process.
- Supporting our AI journey: Assisting our journey towards harnessing the potential of artificial intelligence within the HR sphere.

- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Holding a Masters degree or PhD in HR, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience working with data.
- Experience in applying statistical methods (e.g., regression, time-series analysis, Bayesian methods, survival analysis).
- Proficiency in R, Python, or another relevant programming tool.
