- Serve as a liaison between the Employees, Operations and Government Relations Department.
- Oversee, review, and maintain the residency, baladiya, and passport tracker, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update trackers related to all employee documentation and information
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment needs including processing visas and provide updates on releases as needed.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.
- Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
