- Assist clients in placing in or getting out their personal property from their assigned bins seven days a week
- Maintain a log in PHMIS and Access that shows when clients put in or takes out his/her property
- Have all new clients sign waiver forms that hold St. Vincent de Paul CARES and the City of St. Petersburg harmless from any damage to or loss of their property while in storage
- Use the log to document the day of activity and report all those whose property has not been touched for a 30-days-or-more period, after which it is considered "abandoned" and transferred by the City to one of its facilities where it is kept another 30-days and then discarded
- Responsible for running weekly sweeps in Care Center to gather abandoned property left behind.
- Assist with Intake at the CARE Center as assigned
- Call police and or medical ambulance as incidents occur
- Provide Security and support for Care Center Clients
- Perform multiple security checks of Courtyard and surrounding areas throughout the shift
- Making ID badges for new clients and replacements as needed
- Comply with all applicable training requirements
- Comply with all company safety, personnel and operational policies and procedures
- Comply with work schedule to ensure effective operations of Agency programs
- Contributes positively as a member of a productive and cooperative team
- Performs other duties as necessary to fulfill the St. Vincent de Paul CARES Mission

- Valid Florida driver’s license if driving an agency vehicle or a personal vehicle for company business
