  • As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase
  • Perform Fit/Gap analysis of requirements and determine the feasibility of Power Platform capabilities to retrofit the legacy system
  • Perform extensive analysis of data, architecture of legacy systems and prototype solution to requirements in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technical solutions using the Power Platform
  • Lead the design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors
  • Define technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for Power Apps development within the organization
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and Power Platform specialists
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions
  • Design integrations between Power Apps, Microsoft 365 services, third-party applications, and data sources
  • Oversee the implementation and deployment of Power Apps solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in the Power Platform and evaluate their applicability to the organization
  • Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
  • May require interaction with customers, vendors, and external development partners.
  • Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
  • Develops technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.
  • Provides technical leadership to lower-level developers.
  • May provide product demonstrations and participate in trade shows and seminars.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of architecting and implementing complex solutions using the Power Platform
  • Extensive expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and other components of the Power Platform
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related technologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and design documents
  • Experience with data modeling, security configurations, and performance tuning in Power Apps
  • Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formally known as Flow)
  • US Citizenship is required for this role
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The projected compensation range for this position is $111,400-$185,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
