- Develop and own the execution of the marketing calendar with 360 marketing initiatives across owned, paid, and earned media channels.
- Partner with the VP Marketing to develop marketing plans, brand strategies annually and seasonally
- Partner with Product, Creative, Digital, and Marketing teams to execute 360 brand and product marketing campaigns supporting product launches and “brand moments” throughout the year.
- Develop key themes, storylines, promotions, and product messaging points alongside VP, Brand Marketing to support revenue goals and product sell-through goals.
- Pursue long-lead brand partnership opportunities that are brand-right for Hanna with the goal of increasing brand awareness and new customers.
- Develop briefs, campaign recaps, and brand reporting in an accurate, timely manner to foster future improvement
- Develop brand presentations to communicate annual and seasonal plans.
- Work with internal peers to track/analyze/present customer and business plans and metrics to marketing leadership with clear recommendations
- Manage brand marketing budget with VP, Brand Marketing, ensuring budget allocation aligns with the business goals.
- Stay consistently up-to-date on marketing trends and cultural events in effort to bring fresh ideas, sharing with peers and the broader team.
- Have a genuine interest, curiosity and desire to develop never been done before, effective campaigns and tactics that deliver on objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category leading brands
- Experience in developing integrated plans
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities - ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the company. Be able to effectively communicate priorities and needs to executive audiences.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and channels of the business
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Works well with both business and creative people
- Calm, thoughtful approach to issues, challenges, and problems with a strong focus on prioritization
