(SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our US Advisors consulting team.This in office position will be responsible for supporting SRS Advisers with captive formations by coordinating the implementation process with captive owners, domicile regulators, third-party service providers, and SRS Management team members.Join us at SRS if you are seeking career growth with a company that values work-life balance and their employee’s professional development!Responsibilities and Duties
  • Draft reports and presentations for regulator meetings
  • Compiling and assembling regulatory submission documents
  • Assist in the selection of service providers as well as determining ongoing service level parameters with captive owners
  • Conduct RFPs on behalf of the captive owner to support selection of third-party service providers as required
  • Work with SRS Advisers to draft the captive business plan based on the completed feasibility study
  • Compile and verify regulatory submission documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Complete and submit the captive application binder to the selected domicile
  • Review and address questions raised by domicile regulators as part of the captive application process
  • Complete ongoing client set up and coordinate hand off with SRS Management and the client services team
  • Ensure the implementation process adheres to established schedules and deadlines including informing relevant parties of all deadlines and developments
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the captive implementation process including regulatory requirements and procedures
  • Remain up to date with domicile regulations and requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous work experience in an insurance or project management role
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
