- Achieve a Degree in admin or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing/sales support, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Having own transport and willing to travel.
- Experience with sales support, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends will be a bonus.
- Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) would be a bonus.
- Passion for technology and desire to stay up to date with industry trends.

- Work closely with the director to manage his schedule, coordinate meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and paid advertising, to drive sales.
- Create compelling marketing/ sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals, that help close deals.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including responding to user inquiries.
- Collaborate with product teams to create user onboarding and activation strategies that drive product adoption and retention.
