Need High Level HR & Administrator for Immediate Hire

- Responsible for all HR functions, such as the recruiting process – assist in the creation of job the description and coordinating interviews with candidates (via recruiter(s)) and the proper company employee(s); employee training; assist in coaching and counseling; handling sensitive internal HR issues, including terminating employees
- Update required HR materials (handbooks, policies and procedures)
- Review all legal agreements
- Insure the company is in compliance with the Company’s compliance programs and appropriate training
- Participate in the risk management review and coordinate the resolution of issues with the company’s insurance dept. and the insurance broker
- Participate in insurance claims activity, including reporting to senior management and creating policy and procedures
- Manage and participate in the month-end closing process, and the preparation of monthly financials
- Participate in the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and senior management
- Update and implement necessary business policies and procedures
- Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to senior management
- Minimum-Accounting degree, ideally with an MBA/CPA
- At least 10-15 years of experience, and a minimum of 7 years being involved in all areas stated above
- Successful track record in setting priorities, keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external individuals
- A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-pace environment
- Experience with the accounting package - Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Japanese speaking preferred but not required
