As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with content creators to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. You should have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, a keen eye for emerging trends, and excellent communication skills. About the Company Big Bang Social, a Collective Artists Network initiative, serves as a marketplace for social storytellers deeply immersed in pop culture. We specialize in providing data-driven strategic advisory services for content marketing and social storytelling to brands. Our comprehensive offerings include branded content, celebrity campaigns, equity and licensing-led partnerships, influencer marketing, and community management. For creators, Big Bang Social functions as a platform that fosters connection, collaboration, and the unlocking of brand opportunities, with a supportive community that actively contributes to their learning and growth. Responsibilities: Identify and recruit talented creators across various platforms that are aligned with the brand's values and target audience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Provide support and guidance to creators to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their content. Work closely with creators to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with the brand's target audience. Provide creative input and feedback to creators to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines. Negotiate and finalize contracts with content creators, outlining deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for creator partnerships. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in creator/influencer management or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills and experience in contract management. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
