GCIS also establishes, manages, maintains, and evolves industrial strength technology platforms that can scale horizontally and vertically.Responsibilities:· Develops and maintains global governance structure that satisfies both contractual obligations and internal risk and controls.· Builds and maintains close relationship with global vendor account teams to ensure strategic alignment to business objectives.· Holds vendors accountable for meeting SLAs and performance standards across multiple agreements.· Prepares and tracks qualitative and quantitative performance metrics and assist with risk mitigation and dispute resolution.· Represents vendor performance at key governance forums including external regulatory audits· Works closely with technology SMEs, finance, and legal to ensure invoicing matches usage and agreed upon rates monthly.· Manages demands of internal clients to meet Broadridge requirements, impacts on external clients, and fourth party relationships.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, law, or related technology or business field· Minimum 10 years working with outsourced technology relationships in any of the following capacities: project management, infrastructure or software engineering, IT Sourcing, IT Vendor management.· Familiarity with contract law, contract construction and interpretation preferred· Experience leading and developing teams· Above average skill within excel, PowerPoint, power BI, or similar data management tools to produce and report on metrics at the executive level· Superior business acumen· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Self-motivated and delivery focused· Ability to manage multiple client needs at once· Strong Problem solving skills· Extremely organized/Good time management skills#LI-NO1Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
