Nous recherchons un Contrôleur de gestion financier Cash H/F pour notre équipe Finance d'ArcelorMittal Fos-sur-Mer.Le rôle du contrôleur de gestion est de contribuer au suivi de la performance de la société et à l'aide à la décision via le suivi des indicateurs justes et fiables sur son périmètre et dans le respect des règles et normes en vigueur.Les responsabilités du contrôleur de gestion Cash seront de :
  • Représenter le direction Finance sur son périmètre
  • Fournir des informations fiables et dans le respect des délais
  • Animer la performance financière de son périmètre (mesurer, challenger & alerter)
Missions :Clôture comptable :
  • Contrôler sur votre périmètre les impacts comptables et demander les corrections nécessaires.
  • Calculer la consommation des cylindres
  • Calculer les provisions pour dépréciation sur les stocks (NRV,rotation lente)
  • Suivi de dépenses spécifiques
Prévisions :
  • Elaborer et consolider les prévisions sur le périmètre cash en IFRS et Local Gaap (BFR, Taxes, main d'œuvre,…)
Reporting :
  • Mettre à jour les reportings existants de son périmètre, et les adapter en fonction des besoins.
  • Animer les revues de processus avec les interlocuteurs
  • Analyser les écarts aux prévisions : alerter, expliquer, présenter dans le respect des catégories financières définies (BFR exploitation/hors exploitation, Taxes, MO...) et proposer des pistes de progrès à sa hiérarchie
  • Assurer le suivi des provisions sur son périmètre
  • Contribuer à la mise en place comptables d'opérations financières spécifiques
  • Fournir les éléments financiers à toutes questions des parties prenantes dans son périmètre et alerter en cas d'écart
Amélioration continue :
  • Identifier et implémenter les améliorations liées à son processus (automatisation, simplification…)
  • Appliquer les évolutions de normes comptables validées par le Directeur financier
Connaissances / expérience requises :
  • SAP
  • Connaissances approfondies d'Excel (TCD, formules, macros…)
  • Bonne maîtrise en comptabilité IFRS / statutaires et en analyse financière
  • Anglais écrit parlé
  • Expérience de 5 à 8 ans sur un poste en finance
  • Esprit d'équipe, curiosité, orienté clients & résultats, rigueur & autonomie
