Job DescriptionWhat the Domain Registration Agent position means for us:

Handling Registry & Partner Request’s
Giving support to other departments (Sales & Customer service)
Ticket handling, solving, tracking, dispatching and escalation
Maintaining procedures and FAQs, monitoring changes and continuously improving processes
Acting as single point of contact for the company
Handling of customer requests

Our vision of the ideal candidate…:- Technical skills:

Computer & internet literate: knowledge of MS Office & related applications

- Behavior skills:

Fluent in English as it is our corporate language;
Good working knowledge of either French, German or Luxembourgish will be a bonus;
Be customer-minded and results-oriented;
Have very good organization skills, with the ability to follow-up on requests, set priorities and respect deadlines;
Very good communication skills;
Flexibility in working hours and shift rotation when necessary;
Willing to learn & develop quickly;
Have team spirit and the will to work together with other departments.
