- Analyzing Databases: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to extract actionable insights and trends related to digital marketing campaigns and customer behavior.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- SQL: Utilize SQL to query and manipulate data from relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for analysis purposes.
- Analyzing Customer Databases: Dive deep into customer databases to understand customer demographics, preferences, and purchase behavior, enabling targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
- Understanding and Calculating Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Develop an understanding of customer lifetime value metrics and methodologies, and calculate LTV to inform marketing budget allocation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Segmentation: Perform segmentation analysis to identify key customer segments based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior, and purchase history, enabling targeted marketing efforts and tailored messaging.
- Analyzing digital marketing campaign data: Perform analysis on digital marketing data such as email, mobile, social, search, website, ecommerce to analysis performance and optimize our campaigns. Some analysis might also include Test and Learn data and help anayze tests we are running
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL/R/SAS/SPSS (one of some) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing analytics is a plus but not required.
- Duration: This is a summer internship position with a duration of 10-12 weeks between June- August 2024
