- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software platforms via phone, web and in-person channels. This includes desktops, printers, thermal label printers, lab equipment, cameras and more.
- Configure and maintain laptop and desktop PCs imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware/software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Apps.
- Create and maintain effective documentation for both users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently across the business.
- High School diploma or higher with a minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment.
- Experience within Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: Active Directory, Win10, MS Apps, etc.
- Some lifting (greater than 25 pounds) may be necessary; Facilities, Materials, and IT employees occasionally must lift at least 50-75 pounds.
- CompTIA A+ or comparable certification
- Experience supporting hardware beyond standard office equipment.
