Job Description:Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Channel Sales Program Manager to join our dynamic Channel Strategy & Programs team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. The Channel Sales Program Manager will be responsible to ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, optimizing program effectiveness, and cultivating strong relationships with Channel Leadership team and other Route-to-Market (Alliances, OEM, etc.) teams.Channel Sales at NutanixThe Channel Strategy & Programs team is a diverse, experienced and skilled collective that constantly seeks to optimize the impact, and efficiency of the various incentive & reward programs for our Channel Partners through effective programmatic planning, execution, and collaboration.   • Design, develop, and implement channel sales programs collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for these channel sales programs and regularly analyze program performance against these metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of channel sales program initiatives.
  • Maintain open and regular communication channels with (in- and external) stakeholders to address concerns, share updates, and ensure a cohesive partnership.
What You Will Bring
  • Track record of developing, executing, and managing Channel Partner Programs and Incentives (5+ years experience) in the technology or software industry; experience with subscription vendor(s) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Detail-oriented strategist
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business; MBA is a plus
About the TeamYou will report to the Senior Director of the Worldwide Channel Sales Strategy & Programs team. He brings over 20 years of IT industry experience in global channel partner sales, programs, and operations Together we are responsible to develop, execute, and manage various incentive & reward programs for our Channel Partners. We do so in close partnerships with our in- and external stakeholders and with the intent to optimize the impact, and efficiency of these programs and through effective programmatic planning, execution, and collaboration.
