- Lead and inspire your existing sales team to foster growth and retention, with a focus on creating more satisfied customers within the Public Sector (Federal and SLED) marketplace.
- Implement relationship management techniques to identify selling opportunities within partner organizations, break into new divisions and organizations within current partner accounts, and establish new direct selling relationships.
- Utilize a consultative approach to address business issues with prospects, creating formal quotes, sales proposals, and presentations tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Develop strategic account plans that align with customer business requirements to drive sales.
- Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects to promote long-term partnerships and growth.
- Work collaboratively with employees across various functions
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales
- Understand how technology products solve business problems and competitive landscape
- Communicate effectively with senior managers about business challenges and solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
