Contract Manager (Construction)

• Manage a large-scale site, reporting directly to the Construction Director.
• Deliver a €80 million project, ensuring client requirements are met with high safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Focus on sustainability from design through delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, coordinating with the commercial manager on site decisions.
• Lead the project construction team, ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, and planning permission.
• Prepare the Project Execution Plan, including strategy, programme, budget, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee daily site operations and manage the project budget in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Coordinate with the Project Design Team and key stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and project progress.

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience on large-scale, complex projects with phased handovers.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects within tight timeframes on live sites.
• Experience with precast frame installation.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and client engagement abilities.
• Proven track record in managing project budgets and contract administration.#
