- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
- Prepare welcome folders for our regular and VIP guest.
- Preparing the guest arrival: Getting in touch with the guest prior the arrival by Email or chat to prepare his stay and assisting him for all his request ( Exp : restaurant booking, transfer , tour guide....)
- Collect essentials to personalize the guest's stay
- Follow up with the drivers for the arrivals in order to prepare the rooms for a smooth check-in.
- Follow up all the glitches , place alerts to meet the guest upon departure
- Assisting the Front desk team for check in and check out
- Sending follow up Emails to guest with glitches after checkout
- Coordinating with room service (amenities ) and Housekeeping in order to prepare the rooms or the suites according to the ETA
- Attend the front office briefing and share all the important information concerning our in house and arrival guests.
- Make sure that all the guest preferences specially the VIP and suite buyer guest are respected.
- Preparing the welcome cards
- Suites inspection.
- Replying to all the Email during the shift.
