Job Summary Join our Learning and Education team; we believe our work is vital for people around the world. We are seeking a Technical Specialist Data Analytics and AI Engineer to join our global technical learning team. This person will design learning materials focused on various aspects of data analytics with emphasis on data science, BI, data management and IoT, which will play a pivotal role in guiding customers on how to extract maximum value from their data. In this role, you collaborate closely with diverse global and cross-functional teams , each representing various cultures and perspectives, to design and deliver learning initiatives aligned with our people-centric culture. We are looking for an individual with keen attention to detail and with strong project management skills. The Learning and Education Technical Specialist is responsible for developing technical training material, including working with Subject Matter Experts and Product Managers. These materials are for our users, as well as the partners and customer success professionals that help our customers adopt new technologies. What You Will Do Design and develop experiential learning solutions that support adult learning best practices, address needs identified in a job/task analysis, drive behavior change, and improve performance of users, partners, and students. Create and curate content for eLearning and instructor led training using the latest technology and innovative techniques. Build and maintain valued relationships with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders. Design interactive courseware and videos that appeal to various learning styles and international audiences. Develop quizzes and other assessments to measure a learner’s knowledge, skills, and capabilities. Follow branding guidelines and standards to ensure content is professional and consistent with corporate look and feel for external audiences. Meet tough deadlines and proactively communicate plans and plan revisions as needed. Be a mentor to trainers and business partners for instructional design and enablement practices. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed. What You Will Need Basics: Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Engineering with special focus on Data Analytics or comparable qualification Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills. Working Experience of 2-3 years of hands-on data analytics, data science, business intelligence, data engineering or similar Attitude for solving engineering problems. Ability to work with internal customers and stakeholders in both live and virtual environments. Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to details. Good time management skills when working on multiple projects with people in many time zones. Proven ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms and write effective copy for text and video. Have an open and inclusive mindset and be ready to be a part of a global team. Preferred Experience designing and developing learning materials with different delivery methods. Experience with modern eLearning and multimedia in Learning Management Systems and authoring tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 Suite, or I Spring. Proven skills in either visual, graphic, UX or UI design Master’s Degree in Instructional Development, Training Education/Communication, or related field. Programming skills in a data analytics related language (Python, R, MATLAB, SAS,) Knowledge and experience with any type of AI and data Analytics software/platforms. Classroom (virtual, in-person) training experience. Proven experience in a similar role with design, implementation and execution of the learning and development in a multinational environment. Demonstrated experience working with multiple industry recognized instructional design models preferred.
