- Lead the annual Global Compensation Cycle for Dura-Line LLC.
- Offer subject matter expertise in employee compensation and benefit compliance, cost optimization, and global process standardization in alignment with Orbia guidelines
- Develop and support global business processes while considering local and/or regional differences
- Conduct continuous market analysis and formulate data-driven recommendations for strategy, design, and cost structure changes to maintain competitive compensation and benefits practices
- Support the design and administration of short- and long-term incentive programs, health and welfare benefits, and other rewards and recognition initiatives designed to attract, motivate, and retain talent
- Collaborate with fellow members of the Total Rewards Leadership Team to establish centralized global standards for Total Rewards plan design, communication materials, audit requirements, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in various departments, advising and educating them on Orbia's pay philosophy, policies, and practices, ensuring equitable administration and consistent communication of all compensation programs

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in the Total Rewards field, preferably managing compensation and benefits in a global & matrixed organization
- Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of global & regional standard compensation principles and practices
- Ability to forge internal and external relationships/partnerships with industry and thought leaders to stay abreast of technological advancements, innovations, and systems, thereby maintaining our position as market leaders
- Demonstrated ability and a proven track record in driving global compensation processes
- This position will be performed remotely, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
