- Working closely and effectively with the CIO AFRICA to ensure organized and timely communication within AFRICA Technology Centre.
- Organize and manage detailed travel plans, itineraries and facilitate relevant documents for travel related meetings and events.
- Handle and follow up on all correspondence with regional offices and internal departments.
- Design and execute communication plans in context of stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage CIO and Technology leadership priorities and ensure information accuracy via a verity of methods.
- Design and execute processes and validations to ensure accuracy of the Financial Approval Notes and the financial information against budgets for CAB submission.
- Organize the agenda for leadership as well as the Regional Alignment meetings and follow up on captured action items and weekly priorities.
- Connecting with different stakeholders and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Maintain confidentiality in evaluating, prioritizing, and following up on concerns addressed to the CIO and/or Technology senior management by reviewing and validating confidential communication.
- Administer the CIO prioritization and governance forums and report on the operational performance and communicate directives, assignments and follow up to completion.
- Handle and proactively resolve all staff and stakeholders’ concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant education.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in managing C Level offices mandates and/or matters.Solid knowledge of the information technology function and operations in provider organizations (preferably banking setting)

- Have similar experience, coupled with an understanding of business and management principles.
- Solid experience in C level office management.
