The Despatch Operator, reporting to the Team Leader, works in the busy and fast paced Distribution Centre at Marsden Point. Carter Holt Harvey Futurebuild LVL are looking to fill a vacancy in the day shift: starting at 5am on Mondays, 5:30am Tuesday to Friday, working 48-hours per week.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Matching and packing the product with the customer order
Manage despatch documentation
Packing of loads
Meet or exceed delivery targets
Drive positive customer relationships
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
Forklift licence (required)
Despatch experience, loading/unloading trucks (timber industry experience an advantage)
Clear and precise English communication skills
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to think ahead and forward plan
Able to multi-task
High attention to detail with accuracy
Drive to meet operational deadlines
Strong focus on safety and compliance values
Physically fit for the role
