This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.求人内容Job Description- Apply COE for new expatriates (Inbound/Outbound): advise checklist, instruct how-to fill in application form, track status to ensure the travel happens timely.- Support Accomodation for Expats: work with vendor for house choosing, manage furniture lease, housing issue, coverage of contract and make payment for invoices.- Proceed Hiring and Leaving in particular system.- Collect and maintain personnel data from employee.- Generate contract for new comers, and appendixes for changes.- Make onboarding orientation for new comers, introducing certain procedures in Japan.- Leave tracking.- Repatriation processes: Advise, follow-up and support repatriation process (ending housing, cargo, ticket, return HI card, notification of leaving, etc.)
make payment for invoices from vendors.- Extend Work permit, housing contract, and create Appendix資格- Bachelor degree in business administration, Economic, language is preferable.- At least 3 years of working experience.- Passionate in HR development, especially in Compensation & Benefit (C&B), Expatriates management.- Good command of English (business level)- Have matured mindset and strong communication skill.- Skillful in personnel administration, analyzing information and filing system- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality- Good at Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
