A boutique law firm is seeking a Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney litigating motor vehicle matters representing clients in metro Detroit and the surrounding areas. The role will include an unlimited ability to make money due to commissions with and encourages an excellent work/life/balance. This role reports to the managing attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department.Qualifications:· License to practice law in the State of Michigan· Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work· Complete and approve the Flip-to-Litigation· Guide clients through the case process· Draft and file pre-litigation documents· Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages· Focus solely on Automotive Personal Injury cases· Drive compliance amongst team of pre-litigation paralegals· EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statementsRequirements:· Law degree from a fully accredited law school· An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association· 1+ years of personal injury experience (preferred)· Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases· Excellent client service and communication skills· Strong leadership skills· Self-starter driven by long-term career goals· Superior writing and oral advocacy skillsFull-Time:Benefits OfferedDental, Life, Medical, Paid Time Off, VisionCompensationBenefits:A generous and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and paid holidays.$75,000 to $100,000 per year (plus commission)Please submit a resume and writing sample to portia.bynum@gogpac.com for a confidential review for consideration.Immediate Positions Available!
