This person will perform general building maintenance, repairs and emergency service according to established schedules, procedures, policies and customer/tenant service requests. Position is M-F.Qualifications: -- -Must have valid driver's license. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell and lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit. The employee must be able to lift and /or move at least 50 lbs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following.
