- Support the service owners and project managers to efficiently ensure the IT Compliance for IT / Digitalization services and projects worldwide.
- Support the pre-assessment carried out by the IT Compliance (ASECO) SPOCs incl. specific trainings.
- Provide IT Compliance know-how on demand.
- Provide customer specific reporting for IT Compliance status.
- Responsibility for the IT Compliance (ASECO) process including continuous improvement and alignment with central Governance Owners (e.g. Data Privacy, Export Control, Legal, Litigation, Cybersecurity, Corporate Security) leading to less effort in case of changes and faster IT Compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain methodologies, processes, and tools to address IT Compliance issues in an effective and cost-efficient way in Outsourcing / Off-Shoring / Global Rollouts.
- Coordination, execution, and documentation of IT Compliance risk assessments centrally.
- Coordination and documentation of local legal assessments in the countries.
- Closely collaborates with European, local and corporate departments of Data Privacy, Export Control, Legal, Litigation, Cybersecurity, Corporate Security, with Service Owners / Project Managers as well as with relevant representatives of internal and external service providers.
- Is a trusted consultant with regards to IT Compliance for all Siemens business units exploiting IT and Digitalization.
- Is the advocate of Siemens' business towards internal partners representing regulatory demands to find the compliant solution best for business.
- Drives optimization ideas for IT Compliance processes across all global organizations.
