- Support a variety of marketing efforts with guidance from Director of Marketing, including:
- Email marketing
- Print production - works with third party printers and in-house production team
- Copy writing, proofreading/editing (AP Style)
- Graphics/layout using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Distribution - direct mail and digital distribution
- Overall quality control of content and brand
- Customer communications (digital and print)
- Digital marketing (creation of digital assets)
- Website content
- Trade show materials
- Video assets
- Order and manage promotional materials for tradeshows, marketing campaigns, sales and other departments; Work within budget and control cost through effective management of swag inventory
- Support tradeshow presence at 30+ events per year, including:
- Register company to exhibit at tradeshows and register staff as assigned
- Order carpet, electricity, wifi, furniture, etc. as appropriate for each show
- Coordinate appropriate materials for each show and ensure on time deliver in support of team at show
- Physically manage marketing materials, promotional materials, tradeshow assets, etc. in office
- Handle intake and shipment of materials, work with show providers and contracted shippers to transport tradeshow materials on time
- Track and report on spend for current and future budgeting needs
- Provide Marketing support for Enterprise and Field Sales departments through sales materials, PowerPoint templates, customer materials, direct mail campaigns, in-store sales materials, etc.
- Edit video assets for different audiences and publish where appropriate and create screen recording video assets for training/customer education
- Execute marketing activities and customer communication in coordination with various departments and subject matter experts; Must work well with others
- Support customer experience through content creation, print production and digital nurture efforts like templated landing pages, email marketing and graphics
- Proofread and edit materials to ensure consistent, accurate and timely representation of products and services to attract and retain customers; Must have a good eye for detail and be strong in editing/proofreading
- Ensure all materials featuring the brand meet brand standards
- Support other departments as necessary with content, signage, print production, video assets, newsletters, etc.
- Respond to commenters on company social media posts and in direct messages to answer questions, direct them to the proper resources/information or address concerns/complaints
- Coordinate company events like annual sales kickoff event, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, Driver Appreciation week, etc.
- Reviews and approves invoices and works within budget, receiving and approving quotes
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or English, or related field
- Two years of Marketing experience preferred (B2B preferred)
- Strong written and editing skills with a thorough knowledge of AP Style
- Working knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing
- Must have competency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and list management
- Must be able to write and edit to AP Style
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for working with new technology/applications
- Self-driven and able to work independently, seeking out resources and input as needed to move projects forward
- Experience with digital and social marketing tactics and tools
- Able to assist with digital campaigns including website management, email marketing, landing page creation, content development, PPC Campaigns and lead conversion management
- Ability to collect and analyze results and make improvements based on data
- Effective time management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Experience managing budget, production, campaign schedules, resources and expectations
- Graphic and layout skills a plus
- Experience in marketing to small business
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

- Position will be assigned to an indoor work environment
- Employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (including occasional visits to field work sites, if applicable)
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (may be required to work more than 40 hours per week as needed)
- The location assignment is hybrid remote as well as at the Corporate office.
