Job descriptionWe are looking for a quality controller for our food company. As Quality controller, you will be jointly responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products and processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.Duties:LaboratoryTaking samples in case of additional testing (finished products, raw material testing...)Preparing and sending laboratory requestsTaking and reading rodacsTaking swabs and sending them to the labOrdering lab material (rodacs, swabs, sample bags)ProductionLabel check manual and automatic label machine (check correctness of content and print quality) + take actions if NOKDaily GMP hygiene inspection in production + pass on actions (R&O, working methods, TD, etc.)R&O: managing and monitoring cleaning teamPest control: follow up on actionsWater and air: checking chlorinationTemperature: checking temperatures, reading loggersGlass and plexiglass auditPersonnel: control of sanitary block, follow-up of hygiene rulesInfrastructure: drawing up TD work orders, checking release after technical maintenance, following up maintenance planningCalibration thermometers, request external calibrations1st-line contact for production problems (concerning scanners, deliveries, etc.)ProfileAt least a bachelor degree in a relevant direction, such as food technology or quality managementDemonstrable experience in a similar position within the food industryKnowledge of quality systems, such as HACCP and ISO standardsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholdersResult-oriented and able to work under pressureEye for detail and commitment to continuous improvementExcellent knowledge of both the Dutch and English languagesOfferWe offer a challenging position within a dynamic food company, where you will have the opportunity to play an important role in ensuring the quality of our products.
