- Managing and maintaining the bonus tool and data feeds into the tool
- Managing and maintaining the pay review master file
- Complete market benchmarking requests in a timely manner ensuring there is full understanding of the role and in the total reward offering.
- Complete data modelling to support business decisions.
- Manage the reward inbox ensuring that ad-hoc reward requests and queries are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Strong numerical & analytical skills using systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel user for data analysis and modelling
- Ability to establish relationships and work inclusively
- Ability to bringing together data from multiple systems
- Resilient and comfortable being flexible, agile and pragmatic
