Talk to us about how we can best support you!We are looking a Reward Analyst to support our Group Functions Operational Reward Team. The role will provide data modelling, analytics and reporting to enable the annual reward cycles, day to day processes and specific reward projects to operate accurately and efficiently.What's the job?
  • Maintaining our salary range frameworks internationally
  • Managing and maintaining the bonus tool and data feeds into the tool
  • Managing and maintaining the pay review master file
  • Complete market benchmarking requests in a timely manner ensuring there is full understanding of the role and in the total reward offering.
  • Complete data modelling to support business decisions.
  • Manage the reward inbox ensuring that ad-hoc reward requests and queries are resolved within agreed SLAs
