- System Management/Administration – including managing ongoing, consistent cadence of reports Delphi, Marriott CI, CVENT, Ivvy, Infor HMS
- Reports
- Run all reports out of Delphi or CI/TY as needed to include group pace, segmentation, GRCs, lead analysis, and any ad hoc reports required
- Assist sales personnel with property specific reports
- Build reports in Delphi FDC as needed
- Provide data analysis and powerpoints to support data.
- Develop presentation decks as needed
- Sales Procedures
- Assist with educating sales personnel on existing companywide SOPs
- Create SOPs for new procedures when requested
- Ensure all sales personnel are following standards
- Participate in monthly sales meeting with Directors.
- Training
- Work with Directors to train all existing and new employees on policies and procedures
- Train new employees with Delphi and CI/TY Training
- Track training and keep employees up to date with changes or updates
- Track systems passwords and RFP tools
- Assist with setting up new users with log in information (EIDs, CITY access, third party sites etc…)
- Tradeshows & Events
- Assist in creating/Manage Southeast Regional tradeshow list/budget and keep up to date with estimated costs per hotel
- Know when we need to register
- Assist sales personnel with materials for show to include collateral, backdrops, giveaways etc.
- Ensure feedback forms are received for all shows
- Work with NE Corporate Admin on the NE/SE tradeshow list
- Assist with planning special client events, FAMs, training classes, etc.
