Your role will involve:

Conducting thorough case assessments and investigations
Filing legal claims and representing clients in court
Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborating with a team of legal professionals

Qualifications:To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership and in good standing in the state
2-4 years of experience in personal injury law
Strong litigation skills, including some courtroom experience
Exceptional research and legal writing abilities
Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to seeking justice for your clients
