In addition, we are a leading private label manufacturer, servicing top-tier global sportswear, lifestyle brands and retailers.Job Summary:Cycle counter is responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory by accurately counting, making sure inventory is in the proper assigned location and being able to resolve and report any discrepancies in a timely manner all while maintaining company standards in safety, security, and production.Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for completing counts on all finished and blank goods every 90 days.
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
  • Ensure products are in the proper locations.
  • Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
  • Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged goods to supervision.
  • Carton building, restock, and other inventory related activities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an unassisted basis.
Preferred competencies, education and experienceExperience in a fast-paced distribution center with Inventory and Operations experience preferred.High School Diploma or GED preferred.Work EnvironmentPhysical environment includes noise, heat, cold, and dust.Working in high traffic areas.Physical DemandsA walking position with standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching above shoulders, twisting, and kneeling as needed.
