A minimum of two (2) summer/seasons in lifeguard or swim-instruction experience in the organized recreational or educational program dealing with swim instruction, lifeguarding, or coaching.Other requirements include possession of a valid Water Safety Instruction card which requires an Advanced Life-Saving Certificate and successful completion of first-aid and CPR training.APPLICATION PROCESSApplicants must submit a completed application and responses to the supplemental questionnaire.
