- Coordinating and leading webinar event kickoff and planning calls with each client participating in a webinar event
- Assist in planning events via project management software
- Ensuring that key event milestones are achieved on or before their due dates, including configuring the event console and managing communications tasks
- Gathering necessary assets – images, biographical information, webinar topic – for event landing pages, including the creation of event abstracts and email messages marketing each event
- Scheduling and performing dry runs for each client participating in an event
- Configuring event virtual consoles, poll questions, and organizing presentation materials provided by clients
- Supporting live event logistics as necessary, which may include speaker management, Q&A management, poll handling, quality assurance, and more
- Formatting reports using Excel and uploading leads to client portals, as needed
- Responding to clients in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting pre- and post-event activities, such as uploading webinar recordings to YouTube
- Self-starter. We seek people who can hit the ground running and who can keep up with fast-paced and sometimes demanding clients.
- Highly disciplined. This is a remote position. We need someone who can handle working from home, which includes not having a lot of distractions. Ideally, you will have a separate office space in your home so that you can remove yourself from any distractions that may occur.
- Excellent, friendly communicator. The Webinar Coordinator will be in regular communication with Future B2B clients and will need to be able to communicate in a friendly, professional, engaging way via email and phone.
- Highly organized. The Webinar Coordinator must have impeccable organization skills and be able to juggle a lot of simultaneous projects and priorities.
- High level of proficiency with GSuite.
- High degree of comfort with technology and the web.
