The Director will ensure the proper operational controls are in place to compliance, accuracy, and the North Shore mission and values.Requirements of the positionRequired Education and Experience
Current license to practice in the State as an RN, LPN, ST, OT, or PT.
RAI Certification via CMAC or AANAC desired
Working knowledge of the MDS assessment cycle and assessment information
Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
Preferred Education and Experience
10 years experience in therapy services
10 years multi-facility experience in a senior reimbursement role
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
