MUST HAVE as HVAC Service Manager

7+ years experience in residential and light commercial HVAC
HVAC Certification / License preferred
Residential and Commercial licensing in all counties
Strong skill-set of residential and light commercial HVAC products, service, and mechanical understanding
Ability to manage teams up to 15 techs
Strong understanding of HVAC functions, duct-work modifications, and design
Strong ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
Stable work history to be considered for this position
